About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the workflow, processes and coordination of the marketing team
  • In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, define and deploy the multi-channel retention strategy
  • Build and monitor KPIs: churn rate, LTV, reactivation rate, play frequency
  • Ensure campaign consistency as the central point of contact for the Marketing team
  • Oversee the design and sending of CRM campaigns
  • Analyze player behavior and implement targeted re-engagement journeys

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8+ years of experience in retention marketing/CRM
  • Significant managerial experience and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with emerging markets (Africa, LATAM) required
  • Background in gaming or high-acquisition platforms preferred
  • Proficiency with marketing CRM tools
  • Excellent understanding of user journeys and retention levers
  • Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
