About the role
- Manage the workflow, processes and coordination of the marketing team
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, define and deploy the multi-channel retention strategy
- Build and monitor KPIs: churn rate, LTV, reactivation rate, play frequency
- Ensure campaign consistency as the central point of contact for the Marketing team
- Oversee the design and sending of CRM campaigns
- Analyze player behavior and implement targeted re-engagement journeys
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in retention marketing/CRM
- Significant managerial experience and cross-functional coordination
- Experience with emerging markets (Africa, LATAM) required
- Background in gaming or high-acquisition platforms preferred
- Proficiency with marketing CRM tools
- Excellent understanding of user journeys and retention levers
- Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
