About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the orders pulse process for each NAR line of business and provide weekly and ad hoc reporting with insights on changes and results
  • Execute weekly sales-pipeline reviews and provide reliable short- and long-range forecasts with expected accuracy of +/-3%
  • Provide ongoing performance reporting for each line of business, including channel partner and customer performance, using Power BI
  • Identify potential misalignment in LOB credits affecting performance compared with SRO/pulse
  • Manage and execute regional sales meetings, from weekly leadership meetings through the Annual Sales Kick Off
  • Lead creation, facilitation, and reporting for monthly regional business reviews and strategic initiative measurement using A3, TTI’s, and bowlers
  • Deploy AOP-based quotas to individual sellers and complete quota acknowledgments
  • Manage regional Sales Incentive Program activities, including quota setting, plan distribution, attainment reporting, and dispute management
  • Assist with SPIFF program creation and deployment and SIP windfall policy execution
  • Act as super user and trusted resource for the regional sales team’s sales technology stack
  • Provide seller training on processes, technology, and reporting
  • Support implementation of sales tools, systems, training, and sales excellence initiatives
  • Support special projects such as process creation and reporting for One Honeywell commercial strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of progressive sales operations experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI, and Tableau CRM platforms
  • Experience executing in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting sales excellence initiatives and driving operational efficiency
  • Experience with process optimization and implementing best practices in a commercial environment
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
