About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS-related projects and service activities.
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Sales to ensure effective project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
Ensure customer expectations are met through effective communication and service delivery.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to positive customer outcomes.
Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins.
Support financial reporting and project forecasting activities.
Ensure timely material procurement and effective cost control throughout project lifecycles.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service engineers and technicians.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or related building technologies.
Proven experience in project management, project monitoring, and project execution.
Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Experience leading engineers, technicians, or subcontractors.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer relationships.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia (up to 50–75%).
