Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and coordinating program control activities that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Providing critical support in tracking project schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics to drive successful project execution
Reporting directly to the Program Controls Manager
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and timelines
Monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals
Identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation planning efforts
Preparing and presenting program status reports and dashboards to leadership
Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure program control processes are followed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with project planning and scheduling tools, strong in MS Excel
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience working in a global organization
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Experience with ERP tools such as SAP, scheduling software such as MS Project or P6, PMIS tools
