About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the program through all phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Honeywell’s strategic objectives
Define, refine, and implement strategies to achieve program KPIs
Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful execution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing issues proactively
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of program activities
Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and progress
Plan and lead recurring stakeholder meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that program goals are aligned with Honeywell’s priorities and the broader strategic program

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in program management, project management, team leadership, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A can-do attitude combined with a strong service mindset
Proven ability to manage complex projects or programs and deliver measurable results
Experience working directly with customers and building long-term relationships
Advanced understanding of how industrial projects move from concept through completion
Conversational Norwegian language skills
