About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of building technology projects.
- Assist with project schedules, financial tracking, resource coordination, customer communication, and project documentation.
- Work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Report directly to the Program Manager.
- Work out of Albuquerque, New Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of project management, project coordination, construction, or building automation experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple project activities, schedules, and customer communications.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm, Security, HVAC Controls, or construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
