Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects
Drive operational excellence
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Report directly to the Sr. Director PMO Excellence
Work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule
Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies
Lead compliance, audit readiness, and process maturity initiatives across business units
Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate execution workflows
Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness
Monitor post-launch business performance, margin improvement, and realization of committed benefits
Develop accountability models and ownership structures across cross-functional stakeholders
Drive organizational alignment through structured communication, leadership reviews, and decision tracking
Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using enterprise visualization tools
Translate complex execution data into simple, actionable visuals for senior leadership consumption
Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, PMO, Product Development, NPI, or Operational Excellence.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.
Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DFSS, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics, dashboard platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
Experience supporting executive operating reviews and strategic portfolio governance.
