About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects
- Drive operational excellence
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Report directly to the Sr. Director PMO Excellence
- Work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule
- Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies
- Lead compliance, audit readiness, and process maturity initiatives across business units
- Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate execution workflows
- Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness
- Monitor post-launch business performance, margin improvement, and realization of committed benefits
- Develop accountability models and ownership structures across cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive organizational alignment through structured communication, leadership reviews, and decision tracking
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using enterprise visualization tools
- Translate complex execution data into simple, actionable visuals for senior leadership consumption
- Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, PMO, Product Development, NPI, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DFSS, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics, dashboard platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting executive operating reviews and strategic portfolio governance.
