About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and revalidate the foundational data structure for operational reporting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Reconcile and maintain over multiple reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity and enhancing ease-of-use for end users.
Support the development of ‘Persona Driven AI Assisted’ workflows, such as the Field Service Persona Dashboard, to improve user engagement and operational insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience or knowledge in data management, dashboard reconciliation, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or interest in developing skills in AI-driven analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Internship or project experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and data methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
