About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the product portfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
- Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time.
- Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience of a fire department operations, products, and procedures.
- Experience in a global organization.
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
