About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support leaders and employees in our two locations in Hungary: Nagykanizsa and Budapest
  • Play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization aligned with business objectives
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and initiatives in Hungary
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise Teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives supporting business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Fluent Hungarian and English - verbal and writing
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
