About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through program execution and relationship development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sellers and leaders alike, providing product training, support, and guidance
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners and internal Honeywell sales teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead brand expansion, recognition and market share growth and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of channel development and success preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partner sellers and leaders, in addition to maintaining alignment with key Honeywell stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
