About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day activities of project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate project tasks and resolve issues.
  • Identify project-related challenges and escalate them to the Project Manager.
  • Understand the construction industry and manage contracts and subcontracts.
  • Utilize tools to manage and track documentation, approvals, and requisitions.
  • Collaborate with finance, supply, contracts, and administration teams.
  • Handle customer-required documentation and create reports.
  • Independently manage workloads and multitask effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years’ experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
  • 3 years’ experience using an ERP system.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
