About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive organizational success, help shape the company’s strategic direction and ensure its long-term growth and competitiveness.
- Focus on the standardization of repositioning strategy, planning and execution across all Honeywell SBG’s.
- Review current process and structure, creating standard work to then implement across all SBG’s focused on improved speed and efficiency.
- Update training materials and standard work to support Honeywell repositioning.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to guide initiatives and company trajectory.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across various locations, cultures, and markets.
- Serve as an agent of positive change, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Positively impact the lives of the organization’s employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following:
- Project Management, including managing large-scale, complex projects and delivering results within specified parameters;
- Data Analysis and Interpretation;
- Innovating solutions to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Experience must include three (3) years involving each of the following:
- Change Management;
- Digital transformation;
- Translating and understanding customer needs through insights into win-win opportunities;
- Leading a team in the strategic execution of organizational changes;
- Maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
