About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquisition of strategic new customers, maintenance, development and expansion of existing customer at the territory of Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, France).
  • Achievement of annual sales orders according to plan.
  • Support and advice for engineering offices in the development of technical concepts and specifications, liaison with vertical consultants and ANSPs, certification bodies.
  • Development of individual solutions for airports.
  • Strategic planning and monitoring of sales targets based on company specifications.
  • Preparation of sales risk analysis in the quotation phase.
  • Execution of contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract and systematic order tracking and handover to project management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed studies or technical training in the field of automation, supply or electrical engineering with good knowledge of building automation
  • Proven experience in Sales of Airport of AGL/ALCMS/ VDGS/Tower Management/Traffic Management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales
  • Experience in the development of complex system solutions.
  • Good industry knowledge.
  • Very good technical and commercial understanding.
  • MS Office applications (use of CRM tool Sales Force).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Systematic and independent working style
  • Customer, service and result orientation.
  • High communication and teamwork skills
