About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
- Support the Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll related laws and regulations.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll.
- English B2 level.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
