About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality, budget, timeline, and scope expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI GDM and VE GDM initiatives, including Toll Gate process readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
  • Drive recurring governance forums such as TAM and Team MOS to align stakeholders, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and track delivery health.
  • Establish clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, issues, resource needs, and governance cadence in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage deployment planning, defect resolution, resource allocation, and readiness activities for large-scale go-lives across enterprise applications and data platforms.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business, and vendor teams for GDM and Accolade-related programs.
  • Monitor system performance and reporting queues to ensure stability during training cycles, AOP seasons, and other business-critical periods.
  • Lead complex IT project delivery in a corporate environment, applying project management methodologies, tools, collaboration platforms, and structured execution practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably with enterprise applications, corporate IT functions, and data platforms.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional IT deployments, stakeholder communications, and project execution in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project management tools, collaboration tools, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication practices specific to IT project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and systems such as Accolade, GDM, SAP, and EDW.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, solve complex problems, and communicate clearly with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Project / Program Management — ability to lead planning, execution, governance, delivery tracking, risk management, and program-level outcomes across enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management — ability to collaborate with business, IT, vendor, QA, EDW, SAP, analytics, and corporate-function stakeholders to define scope, align priorities, and drive delivery success.
  • Strong Communication Skills — ability to create executive communications, go-live announcements, process-change communications, training plans, and clear program updates for varied audiences.
