About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage program activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Report directly to the Program Manager.
- Impact program efficiency and effectiveness by providing expert support in program planning, execution, and monitoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project/program management or related roles.
- Experience supporting utility, infrastructure deployment, or field services projects.
- Experience working in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and ability to lead by influencing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
