Lead Field Service Technician

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for building automation systems.

- Mentor and guide junior field service technicians to develop their technical skills and improve service quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five years’ experience in field service roles, preferably with HVAC building automation or related systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of building control systems, sensors, and energy management technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software used in building automation service and maintenance.
