About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and support projects improving Honeywell's Corporate Legal function operations
  • Manage project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery for Legal Transformation initiatives
  • Report to the Senior Director of Legal Operations
  • Collaborate with Legal leadership, HR, Communications, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope and track progress
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource models, budget inputs, risk and issue logs, status reports, and executive-ready materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects or programs in a corporate, professional services, legal operations, finance, HR, IT, or similar environment
  • Experience building and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk and issue logs, status reports, and leadership-ready materials
  • Ability to communicate clearly with project stakeholders, translate project details into concise updates, and support accountability across teams
