About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute projects by planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project from sales turnover to delivery.
Work in collaboration with all functional groups within UOP, vendors and customer representatives to ensure that all project requirements are met as laid out in the contract.
Report directly to the Program Director.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years experience in a project or design engineering role focused on mechanical equipment or equipment systems.
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or similar field.
Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and project management skills with expertise in monitoring project progress and risk mitigation
Experience in using project management tools and methodologies to ensure quality standards and timely delivery
Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline applicable to process technology projects
Familiarity and experience with QA/QC and site construction management.
Experience in petroleum refining, petrochemical, combustion, and/or gas processing industries
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team based environment.
Project Engineering experience with an EPC contractor
Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical skills, project delivery & financial skills
Flexibility in 10% domestic and international travel when required
