About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for building and expanding strategic customer relationships and for targeted revenue growth in your sales region.
  • Project planning and preparation of quotations for customer-specific industrial heating systems in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Active new customer acquisition and systematic market development to expand your customer portfolio.
  • Close collaboration with our German sales team to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Technical consulting and support for our customers across the entire product range.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical vocational training or a degree in mechanical engineering, control and instrumentation (MSR), electrical, process, or energy/supply engineering.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and in a customer-focused manner.
  • Independent, goal-oriented and flexible working style — able to perform under pressure.
  • Team player with strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
