About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute projects by planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project from sales turnover to plant start up
Work in collaboration with all functional groups, vendors, and customer representatives to ensure project requirements are met
Manage customer relationships and coach project execution team
Report directly to the Program Director
Work out of Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid work schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years’ experience in program management, project engineering, project controls or project support
Bachelor’s degree
Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CORA, and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.)
Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task
Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical skills, project delivery & financial skills
Ability to work in ambiguous situations
Experience with gas processing plants, EPC, and/or site construction management is a plus
Flexibility in 10% domestic and international travel when required
