About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with corporate goals and monitor financial performance against budget targets by developing and executing the annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements by liaising with our controllership team.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
Demonstrate leadership cross-functionally to all key stakeholders.
Month-end close duties including analysis, journal entry posting and other reporting as needed.
Ongoing review and sign-off of our quotation process, making recommendations for ideal scenarios ensuring Honeywell and end-user success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued
Continuous improvement mindset to always challenge the way things have been done, bring new efficiencies and evolve processes
Strategic thinking and a proven ability to drive financial initiatives
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
