Key responsibilities & impact

Play a critical role in driving the 5 step S&OP process and key initiatives to achieve revenue, margin and cash flow goals
Develop close connections to the commercial partners in the businesses and lead a team of supply chain planning professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment to key business strategies and objectives
Drive business growth and competitiveness as Honeywell Sundyne is integrated into the Honeywell Technologies portfolio
Lead Planning strategy & vision and drive execution to enable business value and productivity
Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by hiring the right people, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent
Ensure the S&OP/S&OE processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top tier delivery performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management and Materials Management
Proven track record in leading a 5 step S&OP process for commercial business
Strong leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated transformational leadership experience to support accelerating growth and dynamic mergers & acquisition environment
5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on Engineer to Order/ Deal based business with Variant Configuration
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
