Senior Digital IT Communications Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Digital IT leaders to develop and execute internal communications strategies that strengthen employee engagement, understanding, and alignment with Honeywell’s growth and enterprise priorities
- Lead communications for IT initiatives, services, organizational changes, and leadership transitions, translating complex technology topics into clear, relevant, and audience appropriate messaging
- Drive measurement and analytics across IT communications to assess effectiveness, surface insights, and continuously improve engagement and outcomes
- Elevate the quality and impact of communications by guiding content strategy and storytelling, ensuring messages are simple, visually compelling, and easy for employees to understand and act on
- Oversee and contribute to editorial planning and multi channel execution in partnership with Corporate Communications, supporting Digital IT priorities and reinforcing Honeywell’s growth narrative
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience in internal communications in a corporate or an agency environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication are required, as is mastery of English
