About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of advanced application and system solutions with key Aerospace and Defense customers
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solution
- Overseeing a portfolio of advanced applications and system solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Collaborating with the SAM to formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving business objectives with the supported customers, thereby directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and key technical partners for new project opportunities which are essential for long-term business success.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense markets, along with the technical capability to drive growth.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide daily technical support and problem resolution with your sales partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering roles, with a focus on advanced applications and systems
- Strong technical background in advanced application and systems engineering
- Technical background in sensing sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Aerospace and Defense experience.
