About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with development, testing, deployment and support of customer driven software solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers.
Responsible for completing projects as assigned to include custom Crystal Reports, data import and export, and custom application integrations.
Providing support for existing customers of Lenel’s Custom Solutions, performing remote and, on-site as needed, installation of Custom Solutions-developed software.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or suitable experience
2+ years of work experience developing in C#
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience testing and supporting software installations
Proven ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies
Customer service orientation, ability to develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professionalism consistent with a world-class service provider
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Experience with SQL Server database development
Experience with reporting tools
Knowledge of ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, WPF, or WinForms
Experience developing test plans and procedures
