About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design technical security systems, identity physical security solutions (Access, Intrusion, Video) to meet client needs.
  • Align closely with the sales team and require partnership with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales/VAR to gather information needed to produce a quote.
  • Provide security info for sales/VAR for security product lines.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce CPQ) to produce OPP/quote, deliver quotes to Sales/VAR.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
