Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the HBS Airports business P&L of over ~100M at Honeywell.
Responsible for financial analysis, operational oversight, and business reviews that support strategic decision-making and drive performance improvement.
Monitor financial performance against key metrics including pricing, orders, revenue, variable contribution margin (VCM), fixed costs, and free cash flow (FCF).
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with regional and functional leaders to lead forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections.
Lead monthly operational and financial reviews to assess risks and opportunities, evaluate financial performance, and align action plans.
Oversee and manage the HBS R&D budget to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/master’s degree in finance, or Business Administration
10+ years of overall finance experience.
A Capable finance professional who has the intellectual curiosity and an attitude in going above and beyond to partner with the business in commercial excellence.
Exposure to Global Customers with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments / sites.
Strategic Partner with Leadership and Functional leaders to manage financial targets for the function.
Prior exposure in driving business finance metrics.
Exposure to Tools like Power BI, Advance excel etc.
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion.
The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions.
Strong cross-functional and peer influencing skills.
