Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of project management experience
2+ years experience leading in a matrixed environment and building cross‑functional relationships
2+ years defining, estimating, and scheduling project work
2+ years experience managing project financials, including PO burn rate
Strong customer‑facing communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or PRIME methodology (Nice to Have)
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Nice to Have)
Hands‑on experience with software implementations (Nice to Have)
Strong MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (Nice to Have)
Salesforce experience (priority consideration) (Nice to Have)
Agile Scrum certification (Nice to Have)
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, CPG, or Discrete Manufacturing (Nice to Have)
Experience working with subcontractors (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with SAP or similar business tools (Nice to Have)
Bilingual – Spanish (Nice to Have)
Ability to travel occasionally based on project needs (Nice to Have)
