Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and maintaining project health.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s governance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations or similar cloud-based recruiting solutions with a strong track record of successful delivery.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, configuration, and integration capabilities to effectively guide project execution and solution design.
Strong project management skills including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Experience with cloud-based HR technology platforms and understanding of recruiting business processes and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruiting technology projects.
Experience working in a corporate or multi-business unit environment with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
