About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and maintaining project health.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s governance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations or similar cloud-based recruiting solutions with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, configuration, and integration capabilities to effectively guide project execution and solution design.
- Strong project management skills including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Experience with cloud-based HR technology platforms and understanding of recruiting business processes and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruiting technology projects.
- Experience working in a corporate or multi-business unit environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
