About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
Create, influence, and drive customer vision
Integrate Strategic Business Group (SBG) specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy
Lead eCommerce Operations across SBG in Onshore hours
Maintain the zero downtime and no P1/P2 for ecommerce solution
Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of any P1/P2
Collaborate with the Business to solve critical issues
Develop tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Human Resources Management or a related field of study
10 years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM
5 years in SAP Web channel and SAP SD
3 years in SAP CPQ and SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer)
