Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the end-to-end manufacturing execution vision, strategy, and SAP S/4 roadmap aligned to business objectives
Lead integration across plant operations, AME, and IT/SAP teams, owning prioritization of backlog and value delivery
Drive alignment and execution through PI planning and cross-functional collaboration
Translate operational needs into clear features, acceptance criteria, and actionable user stories with Product Owners
Act as the key decision-maker and liaison across stakeholders, balancing priorities to maintain focus and outcomes
Enable continuous delivery through integration, deployment, and “release on demand” practices
Champion standardization while enabling flexibility for site and operational realities
Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, not just system capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing product vision and roadmaps in SAP S4 Plan bridging AME, operations, and SAP/IT teams
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including backlog management, PI planning, and feature definition.
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, balancing priorities and driving consensus.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices supporting release on demand in complex enterprise environments.
Extensive demonstrated SAP experience in manufacturing / Supply chain management with hands on understanding of SAP configuration
SAP variant configuration, shop floor execution, and KPI optimization
Broad SAP leadership across process, product, engineering, and project-based industry environments
Experience working in a matrixed global organization
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience leading SAP S4 transformation projects in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to product compliance and EHS.
Spearheaded strategic transformation of supply chain processes, and organizational capabilities.
Directed integration of advanced planning systems and execution systems to strengthen effectiveness and business alignment.
SAP configuration experience in Supply Chain modules is preferred
