About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and proactively address them to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems that impact the customer experience
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-year minimum customer assistance experience in a fast-paced environment, including multichannel customer support (calls, email, chat).
- 1-year minimum experience using CRM systems and customer service software.
- 1-year minimum experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer experience management or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
