About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving revenue growth, leading sales initiatives, and developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Managing sales teams, fostering customer relationships, and expanding market share in alignment with growth targets.
- Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Leader, guiding the sales team towards achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Driving market penetration and cultivating strong customer relationships by executing robust sales strategies.
- Shaping the company's sales trajectory and influencing its market competitiveness and profitability.
- Optimizing sales processes, empowering the sales team, and aligning strategies with evolving market trends to spearhead growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in channel management roles, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and sales pipeline management
- Prior experience providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making
- Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales performance improvements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in optimizing sales processes, implementing effective sales methodologies, and leveraging CRM tools for enhanced efficiency
- Understanding of international sales practices and the ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes
- Ability to drive and manage change within the sales organization, adapting to evolving market landscapes and technological advancements
- Prior experience in managing channel sales or partnerships and leveraging strategic alliances to expand market reach
