About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior techno-functional analyst for Oracle EBS R12, with specialization in Oracle Inventory (INV), Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution.
Partner with cross-functional business teams (Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and IT) to capture and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Drive enhancements and process optimization across manufacturing and supply chain.
Ensure stability, compliance, and accuracy of manufacturing data and transactions.
Root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing and inventory issues.
Support for production execution, material movements, WIP accounting, reservations, and shipping.
Data integrity, reconciliation, and transaction controls.
Provide techno-functional expertise for configurations, setups, and extensions in Manufacturing modules.
System testing (SIT), regression testing, and UAT for enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
5+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically in Manufacturing
Strong functional and technical expertise in: Oracle INV, BOM, WIP, OM, Shipping
Solid experience supporting global manufacturing operations and translating business needs into system solutions
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, global environments.
Experience with Oracle Planning / ASCP (preferred)
Exposure to Oracle Quality, WMS, MSCA, RF, MES integrations, External logistics systems, ITIL foundations or similar ITSM frameworks
Experience in driving manufacturing process improvements and project coordination abilities.
