Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical expertise and support to our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Report directly to our Senior Application Engineering Supervisor.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell’s projects and initiatives.
Support the recruitment and development of team members and foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering or a similar role.
Providing basic level development assistance to voice solution developers
Knowledge of relational database management systems (Microsoft SQL and Oracle) and structured query language (SQL)
Knowledge of both client and server operating systems (Windows & Linux); and experience with cloud solutions.
Approximately 15% domestic travel required for onsite troubleshooting.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.
