About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the entire employee lifecycle
- Primary point of contact for managers, works council(s) and employees
- Advising and supporting executive management, managers and employees on all HR-related and labor law matters
- Advising and supporting teams across all HR areas such as hiring, offboarding, policies and processes, compensation, case management, recruitment and change management
- Collaborating with the local management team to achieve organizational objectives
- Supporting negotiations with the works council
- Working with the learning organization to deliver effective learning programs
- Local implementation of global HR projects and policies
- Ensuring accurate data management across HR IT systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent training/qualifications
- At least 7 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the metal and electrical industry
- Experience with matrix organizations in an international corporate environment is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Ability to communicate with tact and discretion, both written and verbal
- Creative and flexible self-starter who adapts quickly and easily to a dynamic environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required
