About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overall end-to-end owner of accounting, control and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and HON policies
  • Manage accounting and control processes including period-end closing
  • Troubleshoot month-end system jobs
  • Ensure foreign transactions are recorded accurately
  • Support balance sheet review processes and quarterly variance analysis
  • Ensure robust controls are in place
  • Manage account reconciliation processes
  • Support new SAP implementation
  • Coordinate internal and external audits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Chartered Accountant/ICWA / equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience in public accounting and similar industry
  • Team handling experience
  • Experience with international financial statements
  • Hands on experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of R2R concepts and processes
  • Good working knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
