Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, develop, and secure growth opportunities on the targeted markets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities by leveraging industry connections and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored value proposition.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic insights to drive innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that align with Honeywell's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure strategic alliances that enhance value delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within industrial automation on End User, Business Partners (OEMs, Contractors, Systems Integrators)
  • Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation markets.
  • Experience in selling solutions, including software and cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
  • Exposure to and understanding of one or more of the following industrial markets: Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience /Pharma, and Marine
  • Analyzing industry trends, competitors strategies and customer behavior
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
