Key responsibilities & impact

Drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs focused on delivering critical business outcomes for Honeywell’s Process Technology SBG.
Partner closely with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader to support planning, governance, execution, and value realization across inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Lead value realization and enablement workstreams throughout the lifecycle of these activities.
Develop PT IT’s strategic 3-5-year plan (budget, benefits, core pillars).
Drive governance and strategy deployment activities under this plan including workshops, action plans, and metrics reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, IT project management, or IT strategy roles
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT enablement activities in large transactions including acquisitions, separations, and joint ventures.
Experience influencing cross-functional teams at a global, multi-layered corporation or entity
Strong financial acumen and ability to translate actions to outcomes
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining high quality deliverables
Six sigma green belt, blackbelt, or lean manufacturing certification
