Key responsibilities & impact

Operate as a senior individual contributor with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management.
Accountable for independently leading the analysis, design, and delivery of complex Production Planning, Execution and Quality Management solutions that support Honeywell’s global ISC operating model.
Work with a high degree of autonomy, exercising judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
Influence outcomes through technical depth, domain expertise, and collaboration rather than positional authority.
Report to the Director, IT and work out of Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA on a Hybrid schedule.
Hybrid work schedule requires New Hires to work 100% on-site Monday – Friday for the first 90 days.
Travel: up to 25%, based on ISC deployment needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of SAP experience, with substantial delivery responsibility in ISC Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
Extensive, hands-on SAP S/4HANA deployment experience, including multiple full life cycle global implementations, including S4 MRP Live and ePPDS.
7+ years of deep functional experience in Production planning, Manufacturing execution and Quality Management.
Proven ability to independently analyze, design, and deliver complex SAP PP solutions across enterprise landscapes.
Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC process flows and cross-functional integration dependencies.
Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed organization, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Track record of successfully delivering global ISC SAP Production Planning solutions.
SAP S4 PP Certification.
Experience working within template-driven, standardized enterprise environments.
Exposure to security, authorization, and compliance considerations for SAP PP, QM processes.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
Strong analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and presentation skills.
A mindset oriented toward quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.
