Key responsibilities & impact

Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ensure accurate supply planning and performance monitoring.
Support seamless supply of products for the Process Technology business unit.
Report to the Director Planning COE and work on a hybrid schedule from Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemont, IL.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
Proficiency with Supply Planning tools such as Kinaxis Maesto, SAP APO module with a strong ability to leverage these tools for effective supply planning.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory optimization strategies specific to complex industrial environments.
Experience in managing supply plans, inventory levels, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro supply and inventory planning tools.
Lean Six Sigma or APICS certifications are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
