Ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives
Impact overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
Play a key role in maintaining customer accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years relevant customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to manage customer accounts and order lifecycle maintenance
Ability to track orders and resolve delivery or product return issues effectively
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High level of customer orientation with a dedicated “can do” attitude
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to drive improvements leading to greater customer experience, higher quality, and lower costs
Strong teammates with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
Ability to establish relationships and networks in a virtual team environment
