About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives
- Impact overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Play a key role in maintaining customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-2 years relevant customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to manage customer accounts and order lifecycle maintenance
- Ability to track orders and resolve delivery or product return issues effectively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High level of customer orientation with a dedicated “can do” attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to drive improvements leading to greater customer experience, higher quality, and lower costs
- Strong teammates with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
- Ability to establish relationships and networks in a virtual team environment
