About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and facilitate the transition of the Commercial Organization (Lead to Cash) from legacy ERP systems to S4/Hana, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to help define commercial project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to the ERP transition.
- Virtually project manages a cross functional team dedicated to the successful implementation of S4/Hana from the Commercial perspective, providing guidance and support to the commercial teams throughout the transition.
- Leverage expertise in ERP systems to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated to the Commercial team with the transition.
- Monitor project progress and performance and ensure alignment with commercial business goals, leaders, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing working meetings, workstream updates, and related workshops to ensure proper representation for the Process Technology commercial function.
- Manage functional testing by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating with the technical teams to fix bugs and resolve issues.
- Drive process harmonization and alignment across the commercial and other functional workstreams.
- Conduct training for end-users, documenting new processes, and supporting the adoption of new workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, data mapping, and cutover steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address commercial process gaps and opportunities for process improvements related to the S4/Hana implementation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of transferable experience in a sales or commercial function.
- 3+ years of experience with a strong understanding of SAP/ERP systems, particularly in transition and implementation projects, and their application within sales processes.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
