Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
10+ years of experience in chemical engineering.
Strong leadership and technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices.
Ability to own, manage, and drive key initiatives & projects to create positive outcomes.
Ability to recognize and engage key stakeholders appropriately to assist in creating positive outcomes.
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Experience in product development and process improvement.
Self-driven, coachable, and a desire to grow / improve as a practicing engineer and technical leader.
Proficiency of process simulation software, primarily Honeywell’s UniSim software.
