About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive talent engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Partner with business leaders and global talent teams to identify engagement needs and design initiatives that support an inclusive culture.
- Lead efforts to assess employee engagement and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of employee engagement, talent management, or related human resources functions experience
- Extensive experience in talent engagement or related human resources functions with a proven ability to design and implement effective engagement programs.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement measurement tools and techniques, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy.
- Expertise in inclusion, belonging and well-being initiatives and their integration into talent engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management software to support engagement activities and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or strategic business group environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on global mindset.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
