About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and customers to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners into Honeywell's channel program to expand market reach.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and improve partner performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide ongoing support to partners for their continuous development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform occasional on-site visits to partners to strengthen relationships and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the AIDC market is desirable.
  • Proven experience in partner management and channel sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and partner enablement processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and to conduct occasional on-site partner visits.
