Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading connected or IoT-enabled industrial safety products from concept to launch.
2+ years defining software requirements and translating customer needs into product requirements across multiple releases.
2+ years defining connected product strategies that integrate hardware, software, and data, including ownership of at least one end-to-end roadmap.
2+ years with product lifecycle management tools and stage-gate or similar development processes across multiple product phases and launches.
2+ years leading cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver connected solutions.
2+ years with cloud applications, including requirements for connected platforms, services, or dashboards.
2+ years with software subscription models, including pricing, packaging, renewal, and recurring revenue.
2+ years working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery across multiple cycles.
