About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online ads.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as presentations and informational brochures.
- Create communications for distribution channels via the Partner Portal.
- Monitor campaign metrics and results, producing reports for the team.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure brand consistency and communication integrity.
- Support Channel Marketing activities, including coordinating with channel partners for joint campaigns.
- Assist in managing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) claims and payments to marketing vendors, ensuring all financial processes are properly followed.
- Maintain the budget spreadsheet.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University student studying Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
- Desire to learn and develop in the marketing field; proactive attitude.
- High level of organization.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle payment processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis (nice to have).
- Minimum intermediate English. Basic Spanish is desirable.
- Microsoft Office – PowerPoint and Excel (both intermediate).
